My name is Michael Fondario, and art has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember.

I graduated from the Art Institute of Pittsburgh (AIP) with an Associate of Arts (AA) degree, where I developed and strengthened my artistic skills and appreciation for creative expression.

Shortly after graduating, I served in the United States Army during the Vietnam era. Following my military service, I eventually made Florida my home, where I have lived for many years and continued to pursue my love of art and creativity.

Over the years, I have especially enjoyed working with acrylics and abstract art, often using a palette knife to create texture, movement, and depth. Each painting is an individual expression, and no two pieces are ever quite the same.

More recently, my creativity has taken me in a new direction—designing one-of-a-kind floral arrangements. I enjoy finding interesting and vintage vases and giving them new life by creating beautiful arrangements designed especially for each vessel. What began as another creative outlet has grown into a collection that I am now excited to share with others.

Michael’s Art brings together two things I truly enjoy: original artwork and floral design. At this stage of my life, it is especially rewarding to continue creating, trying new ideas, and sharing pieces that I hope will bring a little beauty and enjoyment into someone else’s home.
